Tata is the big brand in India & My self a half satisfied person only because of its management system & daily pay basis salary system. I love our dgm soubhagya ranjan das for his polite & well behavior nature. He is our God

Rumouring people around us . Specially bengoli people are very unhealthy for tce. They are very much dislike odia people. Always rewmouring about junior engineers. Seniors are not helping nature. No drawing giving at site. That give me more pain into my heart

Overall experience are good the only problem is salary is not much and increment will also is not that much high

Company is very good to start as a fresher. Training imparted to their employees is excellent. I was trained in Piping and Power plant process design. There is culture of Learning and Knowledge sharing. Presently I am working in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. but still wanted to be a part of Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd.

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfactory for people gradating from good colleges like IITs and NITs.

Excellent learning opportunities if u want to learn. Job security is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation structure need improvement. Sometimes jobs are acquired aggressively without analysing expertise and experience availability for the particular job.

1. Expects employees to stretch but does not provide over time. 2. Saturday compensation is less than the per day salary. 3. Appraisals are not great unless attrition is there. 4. You have to pay for tea or coffee. 5. Cannot take stand as a consultant. 6. Deliverables suffer because of tight project schedule.
