I'm luckily having a chance to work Radisson Blu hotel Doha Qatar thank you.teammates are good.workers accommodation is very good.there is big cafeteria and sport ground.and management is good.

Salary is good but career growth is very slow.

... .* favouritism is really big issue. * you will never get paid well in hotels. * long working hours without any extra pay. Management expect you to work for 12 hours as it is normal working hours of company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that. I am a part of a team . That market reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a result , l get to travel abroad especially to the us and Canada. But on site travel Is completely dependent on your project and Clint location,mine is a us based Clint and client location.
