management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Timely salary get. Leave can taken in ur need.colleagues also help but no head office people,they are not supporting much.they think like they are government employees and their behaviour tells like that.

Dislikes

Naam bada darsha chhota.Business chala nahin suddenly lay off of employees,which is very pathetic and unnecessary wastage of money by seniors, they are using expensive hotel room, unnecessary traveling and etc. If boss is happy then everything support you. Otherwise they make ur life hell.PLI will be given at the time of joining commitment by HR but HR was intelligently cut from our offer letter after 2-3 month of joining.PLI amount is approx 15-20% neither given us nor mentioned in offer letter,which we can't show to next company HR.
