I liked the working culture of the company The benefits of Indigo was we can fly to the destinations wherever we operate throughout the world, by paying only the Airport Tax Charges as a Fare. I would love to mention that as a top priority

There wasn't much growth on this career and the salary was not to the expected level

...e company and my work. During the lockdown we have been assigned with some work. We were getting atleast some amount as a salary. Moreover we got our bonus as well though it was lil bit late.

I would like to talk about my port. In my station I found a weak management is running thr show. They don't have a proper plan to run and end of the day we,all the staffs have to suffer.

Working environment is excellent, you never gonna time this anywhere else & especially the work, no comparison with any other feild but this totally thrill in its own way. I love the work.

Salary is very very less as compared to the job profile, responsibility and the industry.
