... pressure. Give a overall rating 4 to Axis because I a what today for only Axis. Much better culture ,salary hikes,promotion than other PvT banks ,that I have seen in these 7 yrs. The only thing I have to say that About Supervisor. If you have a good supervisor then nothing to worry. If you say salary matter then you have to jump in every 2,3 year and take promotion to next grade, after that Salary will increase.

...RONMENT AND CULTURE. TEAMMATES ARE SUPPORTIVE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS TRANSPARENT. COMPANY POLICIES ARE GOOD, APPRAISALS ARE FAIR AND THEY GIVE GOOD SALARY.

No good bonous and no yearly increment only minimum increment is there.

There is one person who takes main Chennai part wants to hire his own friends from other bank and advices others to take care of their health ie., The employee should resign on their own if not he will give mental torcher especially to women workers. He want to become CEO in short without hardwork.
