Time schedule problem and also salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The overall experience is very good, as in this situation also company has not cut down the salary even in a single month, working in office every alternate week. Till now we have been given job security as well.

Talking on a personal level, my promotion is stopped because M UG, working with the company for more than 4 years, but it is not considerable.

There are supportive senior boss. In covid19 salary not break it's release every last day of month. All work perform work from home.

Dislikes

There are job role branch operations executive but still add some extra profile like calling to customer, collect renuwal like target based.

The salary is good and also the culture and the festivals are performing well here

Dislikes

Sometimes need to stay 12 hours in the in the month end and 17 hours in the year end
