However, I wish to highlight a concern regarding the disparity in salary increments and promotion benefits between vintage staff and newly recruited employees. Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. This would not only enhance the morale of long-serving employees but also reinforce their commitment to the company's continued success. Thank you for providing this platform to share feedback. Branch ambience why we should maintain personally, company has to keep seperate person, Salary and increments and incentives are not paying properly and deductions for everything it's very bad culture, who will do wantedly all the irregularities.

Chennai division DM mr.Kannan ask daily customer to bill deposit their my salary & tell not allowed to new PAR..😡 I have loss Rs.175000 due to pressure from chennai divisional manager Mr.Kannan sir...😥😥 Chennai division many staff attrition ... Now i am reliving this company 😥

...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

Salary is good now due to bipartite settlements . Now new PLI is also introduced by Finance Ministry for levels above executive cadre

Work culture is too bad. Looks good ONLY from outside. Those who don't care of their ego , self esteem , family life, health can still enjoy working here by listening anything from their Management.
