Shriram finance co. is very good. the support of the operation team is good. every FY there some salary increase the products are good according to the market, Shriram finance has its own identity in the market.

The behavior of the reporting manager is not good , he talks to abusively. he is always trying to show himself superior and others inferior , that is why no one wants to work with him. Shriram finance is a very good co. but because of this no one wants to work with him.

...to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

However, I wish to highlight a concern regarding the disparity in salary increments and promotion benefits between vintage staff and newly recruited employees. Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. This would not only enhance the morale of long-serving employees but also reinforce their commitment to the company's continued success. Thank you for providing this platform to share feedback. ...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

I like about working at Fusion Microfinance Ltd. Because there is a good behave of all senior person and salary , Incentive and fuels amount also released on time and all extra benefits also given to the employees and extraordinary benefits to the public also given by the organisation at CSR activities on time to time
