Thermax company is very good. If you are permanent employee. But Fix term employee has so many difficulty face in ground level.

The work pressure is very high and compensation is very slow. At work place we have to play somany rool . Like project execution, HR, safety and commercial also.

It is my first job and I learnt a lot of experience how to work in a team and under the supervision of the superiors.

I leave this company because I want to more in my life and I was not satisfied with my salary. It is only 18,000 per month after more than two year experience.

If you need good appraisal you need buttering to you manager..BBS, OBSERVATION, & NEAR MISS giving in every month is compulsory, we create fake near miss or observation infact BBS to complete our compulsory target, that is major headache. I given my 100% i got no increment and manage say's What did you do special for company? You did only you job responsibilities, how can a manager says like this. I performed the job responsibilities well due to which there was no problem in the company whole year.
