Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

Bank environment and culture is good and supervisor interact time by time for updation and revision in product and policies.

No compensation to internal staff. Only hires external staff with good hikes only

Employee home loan facility for staff at lesser rate of interest ....nearly 50% less rest is ok ok

...ime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work
