Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive

While I appreciate the opportunity and the great team I work with in TCS, the salary is really below industry standard.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Good work environment and cafeteria is large and provide good salary Hike and also provide education assistance.
