A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

Brand name, year end bonus, amiable and collaborative peers and seniors

Dislikes

Client culture takes over company culture, appraisals, poor feedback provision, work opportunities heavily dependant on clients and projects conversion

Work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.
