Has some really good managers. There is ample opportunity to learn and grow if one has such an ambition.

... usage of local language at workplace - outsiders may feel alienated at times. The insistence on clock in /out and the same having a bearing on compensation is a bit lame. There has to be more flexibility for employees since productivity isn't exactly determined by the number of hours spent in office.

On time salary, no deduction in variable pay till band U4 and if you are on project. Udemy is accessible and free for all employees.

No gathering and no one will come to meet you when you're working at client location for them you are just an asset for source of income. HR behaves very rude and unprofessional when you put your papers, she thinks she is the one who runs the company. Very poor hike even for the associates who are placed on the projects. If you put down paper then very less chance that they will retain you.
