The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

Very good platform for learning.. work life is balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always options to explore and provide our best without their interference.. they are always encouraged and believe in our work.

There is no promotion and salary hike as committed in the offer letter..

...dedicated team within the projects ( even projects as large as with 300 people). Quarterly bonus is almost certain to be zero at 12+ yr experience levels. Old school mentality still exists in TCS, where wearing Jeans is a crime on weekdays. Male employees still do not get official paternity leave ( when needed they apply other available leaves)

Dislikes

...rs are like arrogant bosses, they cannot toleryone word against their decisions. Quarterly bonus is virtually non existent at 13+ yr experience levels

Organization gives ample time to learn and settle up things. As of now, its good, will be exploring further.

Variables are never paid in full, most of time Variable pay is deducted.

For the people who are working from long time in accenture, they are getting less pay than the people who are recruited from other competitors
