There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

The salary structure and leave policies are really good.

Now the impose of office hours restrictions and the director centric policy structure

Pay is less than some other similar organisations, which could be better

Job Security is topmost and best, work culture is good in terms of a product company setup, management is transparent, policies of the Company are also good. Salary in hand is less compared to other companies outside, and tech stack does not change much often for those who want to experiment with tech , Excellent medical coverage

Dislikes

Salary structure, Variable payouts are never at 100% but comprise a lot of the CTC, Gratuity is included in CTC which leads to more less in-hand salary
