...y 4 seater Cargill provides. every individual is responsible for their training. Salary payment is excellent ,it pays 5 days before the month-end. politics depends upon our behavior with other employees in the team. Cargill provides food at free of cost.

Salary is decent, the promotion is very slow.

Good work environment and Team culture. Appraisal is fair and bonus is good.

Few management people are bad at communication which demotivates employees and carrier growth is very slow in AP proces

Work life balance and No work pressure until you own process and responsibilities and at last the good variable pay

I have been working since last 2 years and difficult to find single dislike about the company. I would say one thing is less learning compare to other companies as it's product base.
