Some cockroaches and spoons like academic head and centre head indulge in politics favours some staff . Their HR department is worst. They consider themselves owners of the company. Beside this the vision of Alakh sir and Maheshwari sir is great.

Everything is excellent, working conditions, working culture, salary is good. Amity is the best place for all over growth of a person. I always proud on me that I was the part of this Esteemed University.

Free hand working not there because all events all MOUs has been approved or finalized by Headquarter Noida Increment policies are worsted because they increased salary when they think fit and Brand Amity is suffering because of all this and HR policies inspires people to leave this Esteemed University

On time salary, 5 days in week, comfortable work environment, PF, Gratuity, NPS, Medical. if salary amount isn't a big issue for you, the best place to work. You'll get enough Holidays, leaves to live your life or to spent time with your family.

salary is comparatively less than the market. 30 Km away from Jaipur. Newly joined Assistant Professor (Non- Engineering) will get 50K in hand

During COVID only 40% of salary credited (reason for my resignation) No family accommodation for faculty (except few) 20hours per week work load Apart from your regular research papers have to wrile lot of bogus papers. Labs are outdated. Overlapping of authorities of higher officials creates lot of internal politics. Improve research infra Too much spoon feeding All Saturdays are working day Not a reliable place to work for longer period of time. Just work there for two or three years and switch. You will get good hike.
