Some cockroaches and spoons like academic head and centre head indulge in politics favours some staff . Their HR department is worst. They consider themselves owners of the company. Beside this the vision of Alakh sir and Maheshwari sir is great.

Chandigarh university helps employees and students learn and enhance the skills up to an excellent level. Brilliant students and faculty. Excellent exposure to the updated technologies , healthy competition .

Compensation is moderate, there are no incentives apart from the salary . Sometimes, employees feel over burdened.

Everything is excellent, working conditions, working culture, salary is good. Amity is the best place for all over growth of a person. I always proud on me that I was the part of this Esteemed University.

Free hand working not there because all events all MOUs has been approved or finalized by Headquarter Noida Increment policies are worsted because they increased salary when they think fit and Brand Amity is suffering because of all this and HR policies inspires people to leave this Esteemed University

...rofessor at Jain University, the institution treats all of its employees fairly. The university has a retention bonus policy that promotes a positive work environment quite effectively. Students in college are extremely helpful. There is a professional work environment in place, which ensures that the work is of high quality.

Dislikes

Everything else is excellent, but the rigorous timings make it impossible to arrange transportation sometimes. It would be fantastic if the institution also provided transportation for the employees.
