Job opportunity less, Salary deduction more as variable pay can be 0 sometimes, and company employee rank hierarchy level according to experience, age and qualification and age is sub standard.

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

Dislikes

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...
