Tbh, as far as job security is concerned this is the best place to work out there. Salary & other benefits are really great. As Appreciation is missing in here, so morale gets down even after giving 100%.

Appreciation is missing, seniority complex is high that could really take a mental toll in here. And also would put you out in a irritated mood most of the time

...rn. 3-Languge barrier (99%) discussions/meeting base language always in Marathi. 4- Variable of salary is not received in hand as per comitted during joining by HR representative.

...fe balance, can work from all around the India with limited time in the company. As much I heard salary benefits are nice. LTIMindtree is one of the company which has a good talk about job security of an employee. It has food benifits and travel benifits as similar to other companies. As a fresher I can share this much only.
