1. Work life balance is zero. 2. Promotion are a hit and a miss. No standard metric to evaluate a candidate. 3. A lot of attrition which has reduced quite a bit which is a good thing. 4. So much of uncertainty in the team. 5. No proper communication within the team members. 6. A lot of ad-hoc request even if it not you work people call you directly on to your phone. 7. Some policies are not cool.

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillling . Company Policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ing 6 months notice period should be 1 month and after that It will be 2 months. As you will be get good amount of pay from starting your work load should be too much and work-life balance is poor.On site opportunity is less.

Dislikes

Yearly hike is less.The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Working at Pwc was awesome in terms of pay and benefits. But if you are looking for good work life balance than this is not the place for you.

Long working hours, bad management, poor politics, the CA and Non-CA topic.
