It is said stretch is optional but reality is they provide you mail where they give you option with time you have to stretch or not., but wait you cannot opt no. As team leads will not let you do so. This is how company protects themselves from not getting into trouble, as for proof they have a written doc email where employee willfully opted yes for stretch. Stretch time goes till 10 P. M. Or beyond.
