It was a great opportunity for me to work in a 100 years stable company. Overall experience including teammates, career growth, salary, travel, learning, everything was good. I would love to work here again if I get a chance.

I don't think there is something to dislike anything about working at Eaton.

...ies are limited, and it was frustrating to remain in the same position for long. Compensation is better than peers, but as is the norm in the industry it grew very slowly. The work is was moderately challenging.

Not a employee friendly culture, not providing required information. All of sudden outsourced process to third party and informed employees.

Office Politics, Management tries to sell things to leaders which are not feasible, favoratism, senior people draw high salary but responsiblity lies with junior to get work done, management tries to avoid getting layoff by hook and crook even though they don't contribute to any value addition

The best thing about Eaton is, there is no Politics in your appraisal. Everything is transparent and if you compare Eaton with its competitors, in terms of Compensation, you will find Eaton at its best. Next point is Work life balance, you will find at its best.

Eaton is not a Technology oriented company, so you might need to work on a technology which is not a latest.
