Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

Good for fresher as they get a lot to learn but switch it as soon as possible.

Dislikes

Worst appraisal, hire with very low package, And bad politics. Promotions and increments are given to their personal ones and the one who work get nothing.

Just start as a giving me opportunity to work there.

They don’t provide relocation facility and don’t value a talented person because of his demands of increase pay scale.

Values of TCS is very high. Company culture is quite good

Salary growth is very less. Promotions are hard to get.
