His exact words were "ASM rehte hue mujhe karna padega kya". His subordinates are used as a scapegoat to protect and serve him. Your work experience will depends based on person to person. If your store manager is good and supportive. You can stay here for a long time. Otherwise your life will become a living hell.

Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. For Employees Township benefits of Reliance Industries is fully paused for SOLAR POWER PROJECT and O&M DEPARTMENTS.

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .
