High workload of 22-23 Lecture in a Week, High Exam duty of 20 or above, Academic Load is high. No transportation and Accommodation service. Outstation candidates kindly ask for high pay to compensate for this.

The only thing is we can get our salary on the first week of every month but their work culture is hectic. For NBA work they will make us stay up to 8 PM daily and we have to work on Sundays also without CCL or any leave benefits. HODs are very tuffest persons than chairman. They only makethe faculty members into hell.

Rather that dealing Authorise person/team leader core authority or company owner communicate Lower employee or team members. If give leadership to some one then profit,benifits , vision mission all the questions "why " ask your leaders. you give salary leaders according to that. And Higher leaders subject concern, they don't know about the that perticular Institute or course and always be enforced Idea according to his specialization. To much workload No systematic work Daily changes Rules Regulation Employee work on same work again and again because of decision changes by authorities on daily basis

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

Overall a wonderful experience working with LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY. As in the name they train professionals and recruit professionals. If you are a workaholic then you'd love working in organisation like LPU. Good brand value and good products, will make you feel proud to be a small part of wonderful organisation. Work-life balance is maintained and there is ample scope for personal growth and skill development(they'd be rather pushing you to do the same) Professional and cooperative staff with so many facilities providing to the door services without any delay and many more. Feel the joy of working in one of the best institution in India!

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, but only for improvement in your career profile. The university won't be paying you if you sit idle and do nothing, so gear up be mentally and physically prepared before working with LPU.
