Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
