Promotion process is not transparent. Also admin transfers are very harsh for women employees. They do not consider whether an employee is having small kid or pregnant. Very long working hours . Sitting in branches till 8 pm is usual .

Safety Prospectus, Organisation is very strict standards. Rest Culture of RIL is also good but not excellent. Punctuation of Staffs, Buses, Company Vehicle is very perfect.

Dislikes

Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. For Employees Township benefits of Reliance Industries is fully paused for SOLAR POWER PROJECT and O&M DEPARTMENTS.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Likes

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
