Appraisal process is bias & not transparent. Career growth is slow as middle management is stagnant & hence too much politics. Poor work-life balance.

Good Work environment but not good culture. Teammates are supportive. company politics are good,

There is a lot of politics and some DPM have partiality with juniors, salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joiners. No industrial training provide to employ. No respect below AM staff, if any mistakes happen in department then mistake impose on junior staff, no any manager take responsibility of mistake, while it should be my team my responsibility, no respect for hardworking employee, sycophants always in benefits....

They celebrate all festival so feels like a family and every year increment approx (9 to 10%) .

Dislikes

They deduct salary of Assistant manager and above on the behalf of (something i forget) thats not good. They have to evaluate before hiring of person and deduction of salary every month not good but in maximum case money will returns.
