It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Poor work life balance, unnecessary launch of new projects every now and then which gets dissolve in a month, involving mobility people in home service ( deviation of job profile for which they were hired), poor travelling & conveyance policy at assistant manager level, work culture

Long working hours with poor work-life balance, excessive pressure from management, limited career growth opportunities, low salary increments, a culture heavily reliant on senior management, and sometimes inadequate leave management.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Had a good and supportive team in marketing. Salary wise it was good and offered a better pay scale
