I have to work more timeings 15 to 16 hr atlest filter 8 to 9 hr and salary is very low work is high

Taking leaves even 2-3 in a year, yearly appraisals are just okay growth is very slow, don't have decision making power hierarchy involvement is a must, intense work pressure, don't get appreciated by your bosses they keep expecting more and more , also too much of bread buttering is involved .
