Organization tried to retain junior level employees having lower salaries by reducing the salary of senior/ mid level employees from 10% to 25%. However, still some retrenchment are being done by staff reduction.

Dislikes

...n issue. This is not expected from a more than 150 years old construction giant. In addition to that, there is a huge salary difference between the old employees and the new joinees. The new joinees with same skillset/ qualification/ degree get higher pay scale. This demotivates the existing employees and the opt for a better opportunity. There must be some parity to retain the existing employees who are serving the organization since last 5/10 years or more.

The time period is more and lots of loads rest is good

Company is best in industry for learning and development. Job security is good. Those who really works good get rewarded but still growth is little slow.

Promotion is late. Salary is low when compared to other big companies like L&T and Tata Projects

Flexible duty hours, respectable behaviour of higher authority on staff.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Appraisals are not fair. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
