Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions. Timely salary get. Leave can taken in ur need.colleagues also help but no head office people,they are not supporting much.they think like they are government employees and their behaviour tells like that.

Naam bada darsha chhota.Business chala nahin suddenly lay off of employees,which is very pathetic and unnecessary wastage of money by seniors, they are using expensive hotel room, unnecessary traveling and etc. If boss is happy then everything support you. Otherwise they make ur life hell.PLI will be given at the time of joining commitment by HR but HR was intelligently cut from our offer letter after 2-3 month of joining.PLI amount is approx 15-20% neither given us nor mentioned in offer letter,which we can't show to next company HR.
