Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

Interesting Job profile, peers and leaders are very supportive, good work life balance and superb culture

Pay package is not lucrative as per position and role

Pay negotiation as after joining company feel that HR had not been fair.

Earlier it used to be a fun place to work. And when business is growing, they give good pay hike and career growth. Also senior leaders are empathetic and build personal connect with employees.

Dislikes

Recent time the work culture and the financials of the company has gone worse to worst. It has become highly stressed business, lot of Job cut, wafer thin increments ( in FY 22). Too frequent change in senior leadership and thus sensor job insecurity. Hope the Golden days of Raymond will soon be back.
