There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but salary amount 40% will rotation for travelling expenses - that amount will come after 1 month with 10 % less due to the App. Additional 10% will loose from your pocket due to TA & DA policies.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

When maximum companies reduce salary of their employees our Company give us full payment and increment to support us and it's show our company nature

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every month .
