Good work culture, flexible shift time, Friendly support by all members of FSL , on time salary policy, innovative team and an excellent environment to work. I loved it. Really a good company to work.

According to the nature of duties and job profile, compensation was not sufficient to work whole month with free mind. Appraisal policy was goings down from 2013 and no any extra incentives was given for a good job. Salary was not up to the mark as per company standards and as per state Capital.

...ility is so good & the great thing is that working invoranment is like a family. And salary on time, & there is many oppty. For grow your self, & skill also. And secinors are very helpful.

Its a good work life balance, cheerful fun filled environment with activities to keep you alive. Though the compensations are quite average its job secured for employees working hard. Corporate ethics are balanced, of course if you dedicated to work. Growth comes with patience and dedication.
