There should not be partially between boss and underline staff ,boss has done complaint to the HR and after some days staff has been transferred/ throughout to another state , and HR should check before transferring that staff should not have any family issues for which he have to forcefully go to new location or leave the job. And specially one more thing before transferring hr should also check what is the issue with the staff i.e example ( staff performance issue or any thing else)

Salary Increment given based on existing package. If you are in good package then your increment is less. If you are in poor package then your increment is good. But overall increment given is less due to which attrition is increasing. As performance bonus is good the business ask is also huge accordingly.
