But when I hired in three year no promossion and salary increase for DP raiting is very very less If you are doing BOSS ki chat then you will be promote and get good amount hike with Pramossion . Doesn’t mean that what’s your performance score DP or EP rating…

The people here are good and helpful in nature. Ethically strong Company. Work flexibility is there plus the Company provides good opportunities and responsibilities with trust to even freshers and junior employees.

Dislikes

...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

It was my first job and I was excited to work there. It was good place to work, teammates were very co-operative, huge scope of career growth, salary was very good, training was there and Management was very reasonable.

I have never faced any problem to deal with any type of work during my tenure of 24 years and 4 months in the Bank. Always keep positive thinking whatever I had done.
