There is no work life balance..full time work and they are squeezing & screwing us,no culture and ethics eventhough in our week off there will be zoom meetings and there is no national holidays.they are not allowing us to take leave other than week off,just work like a slave.if u want to make money there is a space but u didn't get a free time or family life,or any social relation.

1. Lack of proper planning for executing marketing activities. 2. Insane working hours. You will be forced to stay in the office post your designated work hours 3. 1 day week off, that too gets cancelled a lot of times 4. Lot of office politics

Except my Branch Manager(Ahmedabad), nobody was there to support. only run for numbers(on worst lead data) culture there. If you don't have sale, senior will directly tell you to resign immediately WITH ANY NOTICE PERIOD. THIS IS MAIN SUPPORT THEY GIVING YOU THROUGH COVID-19 LOCKDOWN. I suggest you AEPL guys, don't keep this kind of culture. people join you for growth, not for this kind of behavior. At least try to keep company's pride up.

Compensation is good as work pressure because there is only one policy RUN FOR NUMBERS. Working hours - Minimum 12 hours/day. (Acceptable) Instead of guiding on your mistakes OR lack of skills, seniors always looking for numbers. They want sale(Accepted), but number were not happened due to NON-PROTENTIAL DATA(Leads hi nahi he). Do you think that team of 12-15 people(most off them are holding very good experience) do only 3-4 lacs of business on whole months. and senior folks says "Its will issue"(are bhai, yuddh me bhej raha he to hathiyaar to de). There is no Practice training. Many of my collogue are sole-earner in their family, Can you think there is WILL ISSUES with them? In leads most off were 8 to 10 months old leads and Gujarati(Irrelevant) leads also. Atlast they force to do REFERANCE SALE.(What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,yes because upar se leads hi nahi aa rahi). At last, if you have less numbers(Sale/Business/Revenue) in your bucket, they will directly tells you for resign in 15 mins OR you will get Termination latter just a minute after it.(I have call record for it as a proof). and once you resign, they will wave your NOTICE PERIOD from system. Apna nai to company ka naam to mat bigaado. and stop misusing your designation's power with someone's carrier. Regards, MN08510
