Salary is good and work load is also not much.

Their is no Job Security and every month their is a salary delay of 15 to 20 days.

Work culture, office environment, overall it feels like working in top mnc. Pay scale is very good for freshers compared with other companies..

Dislikes

As a 3d artist, amazon is not a great. Mostly we have to do routine work.. There is less chance to learn new skills.

...ow anything about a corporate life. But my overalls experience is not that good. The main 3 issues are salary, timing and skill development. All those are very poor. But considering the Pandemic this is not a total waste of time or experience.

Dislikes

Low salary for fresher's, Timing and office is working on most Saturdays if there is work and there is not a lot to learn in here.

Poor management. Always have to work overtime. Sometimes they even delay the salary too. Sometimes they always treat you like a slave too.(Not gonna lie).

It was a great learning experience . The work environment is great and working with so many good artists gives you opportunity to learn and grow. Everyone is helpful so overall a great place to work..

Sometimes the schedule is tight. Also salary growth is low..if management can work on it... It will be a great place for artists...
