Group Medical Coverage (GMC)
All employees are automatically covered under GMC from start date with no limitation on pre-existing conditions. The benefit offers a floater coverage of INR 400,000 per annum, covering spouse, same sex partner, and 4 biological or adopted children. Employees have 7 flexible options to upgrade his/her/their medical coverage increasing the total sum insured up to INR 14,000,00 (maximum) and 6 choices to purchase parental/in-laws floater or individual coverage at Kyndryl negotiated rates. The cover includes maternity, outpatient, gender affirmation, behavioural conditions including autism spectrum & annual heath screening.
