1. Zifo help their employees to maintain good worklife balance 2. In Zifo everyone will get opportunity to speak freely or discuss freely irrespective of who is present in front. 3. Small talks, fun, annual trip, festival celebration, team lunch with teammates are the reason to love Zifo, which acts as a family most of the time.

Dislikes

1. Only 25 WFH option in whole year. 2. Recently they stopped hiring and giving promotions to the existing ones. 3. No bonus in Diwali or in any other festival. 4. Massive office politics and also partiality to the locals as the company and its 70% employees are from TN.

This was my first job, looking at all other company policies and the way their managers talk to them and how their meetings are, we still feel like it's college days, we work real hard and have fun at the same time. I have seen no other company treat their employees this good. I love being here and I would never ever want to leave

Sometimes the work is way to hectic and we have to end up prioritising the customer rather than our own team mates
