It has best work from home policy. Unlimited leaves. One can take wfh for months and no body is going to ask for the reason. Shift allowance is also high. Team is very responsive and specially the collegues

Little low on work life balance but overall its good. Some time you need to extend the shift thats it

nothing is good. If you are a fresher or a 2-3 years of experience then you can survive for 2 years.

Dislikes

regional politics. Mostly Tamil and Mallu people are favoured since most of the managers are from Tamilnadu, Kerala and Andhra. Even the groups are formed in the similar way. The basic team building activity, eat lunch together. Nope. They go with the respective regional groups. Meetings as well conducted with the regional languages. Mostly Tamil. So it does not matter whether you are good at python or anything, you must learn an additional language to work here. i.e. Tamil. By the way, the office is in Bangalore(Karnataka).
