I have worked at Zensar for over five years now. I Joined the London office and loved the flexibility of the remote position. I don not have to wake up early to commuting. Work timings are flexible Zenskar work life balance, and work culture at Zensar Technologies is good. I get to spend more time with people I love while still doing work I enjoy, I am sure there are disadvantages to working at a remote location, but for me, the upsides far outweigh the downsides....Read More

Dislikes

The company has huge diversity, and we have different cultures, beliefs, and social statuses. After working for a few months, I was on the verge of quitting because I left out in certain cases, but i did not quit the job and reached out to HR and my manager for support. They helped me and I started working with the people here with a different perspective , I learned a lot from them and worked harder. I learned that every person is a individual, and we should not judge anyone.
