Worst company ever to work. The work culture is a gossip culture..office is filled with ladies staff and keeps gossiping everything and about everyone to the director sanjay shikare. Talking about director he is another $h** person. Company policies are so f*** all that they dont even let to use personal phones, they dont allow to call anyone during working hours except for their $h** company work, no leaves, saturday working, if you're employed as a site engineer or for site related work then forget about sundays too. Working on sunday would be another thing for you. No bonuses. During diwali he made it compulsory for all to attend his companies except on lakshmi pooja or else those who missed it wont get any bonuses. You will have to use your.own personal vehicles and travel 50-70 even 200+ kms on your own bikes for AMCs or project execution.
