Zero Likes, it would be better to rating (minus) -100 😁, Yes might be it's hilarious but it's true, RSM/HOD Required frist how to talk, RSMs attitude like an SADK CHAP including HOD Mr. ROHIT AGARWAL, they are hiring for three months to fire easily, also there are ZEEO intervention of HR, role of HR like an PA of RSM which is shocking, in my 15 Years of experience I have never work this type of shops, Yes it's Gadiwala company....Read More

If I want to berif in details it's required atleast 3 hours . During my job tenure of 4 months total employee left 26, two of them are HR.😓 Business development executive,ASM & senior ASMs validity 6/3-4/3-4 months maximum. Most important things : in this reputed company not a single employee (ASM/ Senior ASMs)are doing jobs morethan six months. JUST THINK NOT A SINGLE ASM & SENIOR ASM ARE 1 YEARS in the JOBs. Worst product quality, boosted battery, copy display BEFORE TO JOIN THINK 10 TIMES, IF YOU ARE WANT JOIN FOR 3 MONTHS THEN it's ok, OTHERWISE YOUR CARRIER WILL FINISHED. Nothing… How to do Politics in Management. Never says facts and concerning situations. Always listen your reporting Senior never use your own brain. Don’t show your plan work on your director plan only.

Dislikes

Unwanted Gossip, Fake Targets and Goals. Micro Management Missing. Policy made without any concern and lack of ground level knowledge is missing.
