It is now only WSP(not WSP-PB), job satisfaction, challenging job profile, as job is project based there is always something new to look forward, supportive line, reporting Managers, cooperative colleagues, employee retention even in difficult business environment, politics which are manageable, good work life balance; what else cana employee ask for? Dislikes

I do not work for an organisation or Manager whom I dislike badly, I will leave such organisation. In case of WSP I did not find anything major to dislike, there might some instances of friction due to some stressful situations but then that is how life is, we need to adjust and manage such issues and move ahead.

Work Details

Being a project based work environment work follows typical dumbbell curve, moderate in the beginning and before closure and quite hectic in the middle part of it, many challenging situations arise giving you needed boost when the same is being resolved.
