Typical Lala company in every department they have made their family member HOD and on top of it they don’t know how to communicate with the employee they are very rude and disrespectful to the employee micromanage everything you are not allowed to use your own skill set or free to give suggestion they just want to follow the command nothing more nothing less they keep eye on your lunch break time even you are not allowed to go out side for small breaks HR department is pathetic because they don’t have any authority to improve the work place few female HR lack professionalism don’t know how to address other employee and are much interested in office politics taking about the HR head the. Again he is least interested in improving the working environment rather more interested in gossips.you are provided nothing to upskill yourself their onboarding process is also pathetic. They are always on hiring and the best part is that they don’t post the hiring so that people don’t know they are toxic.employee roles and responsibilities are not clear. take any department the condition is pathetic this company is the classic example of congress party only family member are considered and rest are treated like servants.they are more concerned about whether you are on your seat or not rather than the work.there is so many things to say but I would end by saying this that in this company their is no growth of employees.getting into this company will be like having your worst nightmare come alive Also if you see any positive review let me tell you the Hr department personally come to their employee and ask them to put positive reviews...Read More
