Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Manage accurate and timely invoicing; resolve discrepancies.
• Cost Analysis: Track expenses, conduct cost analysis, and identify savings.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank, ledger, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and provide business performance insights.
• GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Commission & Bonus Calculation: Calculate and reconcile commissions/bonuses for agents.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor payments and manage working capital.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile with financial systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

Education-B.COM

Experience-1-4 years in billing or commercial background

Industry-From either pharma or FMCG Industry

Location-NSP, Delhi
