I really liked the initial phase though job security was not there from day 1. The employees in BD role are most productive so it gives immense satisfaction when you outperform them. Opportunities for growth are good. Some of the management is good but it depends on your luck.

Dislikes

I was asked to come on Christmas to work though it was supposed to be a holiday, just because the last few months in the company were difficult, it did not mean that one could abuse power. I, in fact, had shared my pipeline upon my exit, but no one in the company followed up which clearly meant that management was only looking for areason or forcing people to quit due to the poor condition of the industry after Covid. The company does not use its funds efficiently and so many people abuse power who hold high ranks. Sometimes, even girls work till late at night and nothing extra is paid to them or male staff.
